




Registration dates have been set :
Monday Feb. 13th and Tuesday Feb 14th at the Jeff Tech gym from 6pm till 7:30 pm. Registration will also be held on Sunday Feb. 19th at the fire hall from 1pm till 4pm. All registration cost will remain the same as last year.
$25 for one player
$35 for two players from the same family
$40 for three or more players from the same family
There will also be a $10 deposit per player for uniform pants (returnable at seasons end)
And a $10 deposit per player for the concession stand (returned when a parent schedules and works one evening in the concession stand per player)
There will be a $25 late fee for any registration after 2/19/12.
Please bring a parent or guardian, copy of birth certificate, and proof of residency.
NO registration will be accepted after March 21st.
To help the
registration process, these forms can be filled out ahead of time and
brought to registration. Each player will need a registration form, a
medical release form and a copy of their birth
certificate. Any parent wanting to be involved in any way, coaching, helping
with practice, concession stand etc... MUST fill out a volunteer
application.
